為珍惜地球資源與環保考量，張醫師原始點演講光碟與手冊均可從基金會官網下載或直接觀看，如需實體光碟與手冊則可至基金會或各地推廣點索取，原則上每人一套，如需替親友索取請代填其基本資料，申請數量較多時請填寫申請表，說明申請緣由與提供對象。
目前基金會人力有限情況下，尚無法提供寄送光碟與手冊服務，建議有需求但不會上網的學員可以請家人或鄰里代為下載，亦可藉此機會與親友介紹原始點，增進彼此交流的機會。
